What Makes Someone an Expert?
I have read a lot of website copy lately, and there is a big difference between writing that feels simple and writing that feels forced. I am trying to improve some pages for a project, but I do not have much experience with copywriting myself. I am thinking about whether I should hire an expert copywriter. How can you tell if someone really understands copywriting? Are their previous samples enough, or should you ask about their writing process and experience with similar businesses?
