How Do You Find the Right Person?
My current resume has not been updated properly in years. I recently decided to apply for better jobs, so I know I need to make some changes. The problem is that I am not very good at describing my own skills. I am considering whether to hire a professional resume writer. For people who have done this before, how did you choose someone? Did you send your old resume first, or did the writer ask you questions about your work history before starting?
